As the first founder of this startup, although the initial idea failed in the Vietnamese market, I proactively sought investors and was willing to restructure the company according to their vision. This allowed the business to grow and operate smoothly as it does today. I was also one of the core individuals involved in the company’s restructuring and product development, helping the business achieve over USD 300,000 in revenue in its first fiscal year.
